肝胆手术围术期患者中健康教育应用效果观察 被引量:3

EFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION IN HEPATOBILIARY SURGERY PATIENTS IN PERIOPERATIVE PERIOD

摘要 目的探讨肝胆手术围术期患者中健康教育应用效果。方法选取该院2014年2—5月收治的110例肝胆手术围术期患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,二组患者均给予常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上给予健康教育,出院时比较二组患者心理状态改善情况、自护能力、护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果出院时观察组SDS评分和SAS评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组自护知识、自护责任感、自护概念和自护技能均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组平均满意度、心里舒适度、术中配合度和疼痛满意度均较对照组高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组术后发生2例(3.64%)感染性并发症,对照组术后发生8例(14.55%)感染性并发症,对症治疗后均顺利康复。二组患者并发症发生率对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.960,P<0.05)。结论健康教育对改善肝胆手术围术期患者心理状态和自护能力有着显著效果,可促进手术安全性和护理满意度的提升。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of health education in hepatobiliary surgery patients in perioperative period. Methods Totally 110 cases of hepatobiliary surgery patients in perioperative period from February 2014 to May 2014 in author's hospital were chosen as experimental subjects, and were divid- ed into the control group and the research group by random number table. Two groups were treated with routine nursing, and the research group was treated with health education. Improvement of mental state, self- nursing ability, nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction between two groups were compared. Results SDS score and SAS score of the research group were all lower than the control group at the time of dis- charge, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Self-nursing knowledge, self-nursing re- sponsibility, self-nursing concept and self-nursing skills of the research group were better than the con- trol group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01 ). Mental comfort levels, operative coor- dination degree, pain satisfaction and average satisfaction of the research group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 01 ). Two cases(3.64% ) of infectious complica- tions occurred in the research group, 8 cases(14.55%) of infectious complications occurred in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (X^2=3. 960,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Health education can greatly improve the self- nursing ability and psychological condition of hepatobiliary surgery patients in perioperative period, and the safety, nursing satisfaction can be promoted also.
