摘要
目的探讨时间护理在提高糖尿病患者的生活质量上的临床价值。方法将该院2013年6—12月收治的160例2型糖尿病患者随机分为时间护理组与对照组。对照组实施常规的糖尿病治疗与护理,时间护理组进行结合时间护理的治疗护理措施,1个月后比较二组生存质量的改善情况。结果时间护理组的生存质量改善明显优于对照组,治疗后时间护理组的一般健康状况、精力状况、躯体疼痛、生理机能、社会功能、精神健康得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论时间护理应用于糖尿病的临床护理中能有效提高糖尿病患者的生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of time nursing theory applied in diabetes patients, on the life quality influence. Methods From June 2013 to December 2013, 160 patients with type 2 diabetes pa- tients were randomly recruited to the time nursing group 80 cases, the comparison group 80 cases. Control group implemented conventional diabetes care, time nursing group in addition to the above treatment plus nursing outside the system time nursing, one month later compared the improvement of life quality between the two groups. Results Time nursing group survival quality improvement was better than the control group. After treatment, the scores of general health condition, vitality condition, body pain, physical func tion, social functioning, mental health of the time nursing group were higher, there were significant differ- ences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Time nursing theory applied in clinical nursing of diabetes can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with diabetes, worth clinical promotion.
