中国人群金属基质蛋白酶-7基因表达与食管癌临床特征的关系

Clinical role of matrix metalloproteinase-7 in esophageal cancer among Chinese people

目的 评价中国人群中金属基质蛋白酶-7（MMP-7）基因的表达改变与食管癌临床特征间的关系。方法 在Pubmed、CNKI及万方数据库中检索相关的文章,并进行筛选;应用Revman 5.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 共纳入11篇文献,结果显示：在中国人群中,MMP-7阳性表达对于食管癌组织分化程度的OR赞值为2.13（95%CI：1.50~3.04）;对于食管癌淋巴结转移的OR赞值为3.25（95%CI：2.29~4.62）;对于食管癌组织浸润深度的OR赞值为3.45（95%CI：2.36~5.03）;对于食管癌临床分期的OR赞值为3.71（95%CI：2.57~5.36）。而在亚组分析中也显示MMP-7阳性表达与食管癌的不良预后风险存在着一定的联系。结论 中国人群中MMP-7基因的阳性表达与食管癌的组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关,可能是其不良的预后标志物。

[ Objective ] To evaluate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-7（MMP-7） gene expression and clinical characters of esophageal cancer among Chinese people. [ Methods ] Articles about the clinical roles of MMP-7 in esophageal cancer were searched through PubMed, CNKI and Wanfang databases. The data were ana- lyzed by the software Revman 5.0. [ Results ] Totally 11 articles were recruited in our system assessment. The results of this system assessment showed that the OR value of MMP-7 expression＇s influence on the differentiation degree, lymphatic metastasis, depth of invasion and cancer staging of esophageal cancer was 2.13 （95%CI： 1.50~3.04）, 3.25 （95%CI： 2.29~4.62）, 3.45 （95%CI： 2.36~5.03） and 3.71 （95%CI： 2.57~5.36）, respectively. The relationship between positive MMP-7 expression and poor prognosis of esophageal cancer was also observed in the subgroup analysis. [ Conclusions ] MMP-7 has played a great role in the differentiation degree, lymphatic metastasis, depth of invasion and the staging of esophageal cancer among Chinese people, which may indicate the poor prognosis.
