From Encroachment and Infiltration to Strength Buildup:Centered on the Stream of Japanese into Northeast China before the September 18 Incident

日俄战争后,日本攫取了满铁经营权及关东州租借权,伴随着日本资本殖民经营东北,大批日本人流相率涌进东北,在日本当局统一组织的商业会议所及居留民会的指挥下,凭借不平等条约赋予的各种特权,在经济、政治、文化等领域践行日本的大陆扩张政策,成为构建日本人强势社会的基础因子。

After the Russo-Japanese war, Japan grabbed the lease of Guandongzhou and the franchise of South Manchurian Railway. Since the beginning of the Japanese colonization, a large number of Japanese have streamed into Northeast China. Guided by the Chamber of Commerce and Residents Association organized by the Japanese authorities,and privileged by unequal treaties, the stream of Japanese implemented their mainland expansion policy in economy, politics and culture, forming the base of a Japanese-dominated society.
