改良6-羟基多巴胺建立不同毁损程度帕金森病大鼠模型

摘要 帕金森病(PD)主要是因黑质多巴胺(DA)能神经元退变,致使DA合成能力下降.6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)模型是最常用的模型之一,但损伤程度因其浓度及注射位点不同而存争议,对损伤早期大鼠行为学的观察比较缺乏.我们通过在同一位点注射不同浓度6-OHDA,建立不同毁损程度的PD大鼠模型,通过行为学及免疫组织化学验证模型的稳定性及可靠性.
