摘要
为了促进预拌混凝土企业污水综合利用技术发展,开展了不同污水利用率的混凝土工作性能、含气量、力学性能、综合效益的研究,并在此基础上进行了污水综合利用技术的中试。研究表明:随着污水回收系统回收污水利用率的提高,混凝土工作性能降低、含气量降低、抗压强度提高;污水利用过程中,当混凝土拌合水中固形物含量大于4.8%时,混凝土的工作性能和含气量快速降低;污水的利用可在一定程度上降低胶材的用量,而不影响混凝土的性能;预拌混凝土企业污水的综合利用具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to promote the development of comprehensive utilization technology of sewage, carried out the research of working performance,air content,mechanical properties and comprehensive benefit of the concrete of the different sewage utilization ratio,and on this basis sewage comprehensive utilization technology is in the trial. Research shows that:with the improvement of sewage utilization rate,working performance and air content of concrete reduced,and concrete compressive strength improved:In the process of sewage utilization,when the concrete mixing water solid content is more than 4.8%,the concrete working performance and air content quickly reduce. Sewage can in a certain extent reduce the dosage of the plastic material and without affecting the performance of concrete. The comprehensive utilization of ready-mixed concrete enterprise sewage has significant economic and so- cial benefits.
