摘要
西北地区冬季温度较低,低温施工不利于水泥水化和混凝土的强度发展.试验研究了膨胀剂对冬季混凝土早期强度的影响,并利用膨胀剂和粉煤灰配制出低温超早强混凝土,7d强度可达到设计要求的100%.结果表明,在养护温度为0~5℃条件下,C55混凝土的7d抗压强度达到59.7 MPa,28 d抗压强度达到66.5 MPa;当水压为2.5 MPa时,渗水高度为5.8 cm;相比普通混凝土具有良好的膨胀率.
For the winter low temperature in the northwestern area,construction has an adverse effect on concrete strength and cement hydration. It has been tested on concrete early strength associated with UEA expansion agent. The early super-high strength concrete at low temperature has been prepared by UEA expansion agent and fly ash,which met with 100% 7 d designed strength requirement. It has been showed that the C55 concrete had compressive strength respectively 59.7 MPa, 66.5 MPa at 7 and 28 d under the 0-5℃ curing condition. And the water seepage height is 5.8 cm under the 2.5 MPa water pressure.Compared with the ordinary concrete,it also has better expansibility.
