摘要
以油溶性引发剂偶氮二异丁腈作引发剂,采用乳液聚合合成了一种性能优良的聚羧酸减水剂。当引发剂用量为1.5%,乳化剂用量为4%,反应温度控制在70℃时,合成减水剂的性能最佳。与普通聚羧酸减水剂产品相比,该减水剂的分子质量分布更窄,减水率更高,保坍性更好。
An excdlent polycarboxylate superplasticizer was prepared by using emulsion polymerization. When we use 2,2- Azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, the optimum conditions show that maintaining the initiator of the mass fraction of 1.5%,emulsifier of the mass fraction of 4%,reaction temperature of 70℃. Compared with ordinary polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the product has the more narrow molecular weight distribution,higher water reduction,and the better performance of slump retaining than similar products on the market.
