摘要
采用异氰酸酯、复配聚醚、改性剂、增塑剂、分散剂、填料、溶剂及其它助剂,制备新型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,研究不同的改性剂及其用量对防水涂料物理性能、储存性能和施工性能的影响。结果表明,在基础配方中添加4份改性剂Hardener VP LS2959时,制备的防水涂料性能最佳,在建筑防水工程中应用效果良好。
Isocyanate, mixed polyether, modified curing agent, plasticizing agent, dispersing agent, powders, solvent and other ad- ditives are used to fabricate new single component polyurethane waterproof coating. The effects of the types and amounts of modi- fied curing agent on the physical, storage and construction properties of waterproof coating were studied. Results show that the performances of coating are the best when using 4 weights Hardener VP LS 2959 as modified curing agent. Additionally,the construction property of coating is also good in building waterproof application.
