直接浸泡法制备相变储能建筑材料的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 选取石膏板、硅钙板和挤塑聚苯板3种常用建筑材料作为基体材料,以65%固体石蜡+35%液体石蜡、70%癸酸+30%硬脂酸、70%肉豆蔻酸+30%癸酸3种二元混合物作为相变材料,采用直接浸泡法制备相变储能建筑材料。在不同浸泡时间和浸泡温度下,研究相变材料在建筑材料中容留率的变化规律,得出适用于所研究建筑材料的浸泡条件,为直接浸泡法制备相变储能材料提供参考和依据。 In this paper, plaster board,calcium silicate board and extruded polystyrene board were selected as the matrix mate- rial,and 65% solid paraffin+35% liquid paraffin,70% decanoic acid+30% stearic acid and 30% decanoic acid+70% myristic acid were selected as the phase change materials. The phase change building materials are prepared by direct immersion. The variation of shelter rate in different soaking time and soaking temperature were studied experimentally in order to get the suitable soaking conditions. The results in this paper can provide reference and basis for preparing phase change material by direct immersion.
