施用3种有机肥对蓝莓果实品质的影响

The Effect of Three Organic Fertilizers Application on the Fruit Quality of Blueberry

为研究腐熟农家肥、市售专用有机肥和锯木屑对蓝莓果主要营养成分的影响,采用田间试验方法进行了研究。结果表明:1、花青素积累量是木屑>腐熟农家肥>专用有机肥,总糖积累量是专用有机肥>腐熟农家肥积累量>木屑,还原糖积累量是腐熟农家肥>专用有机肥>木屑,酸积累量是木屑>腐熟农家肥>专用有机肥,蛋白积累量是腐熟农家肥>专用有机肥>木屑;2、综合统计分析单果重、果径、内含物(总蛋白、总糖、还原糖、总酸、总花青素)、13种氨基酸和总氨基酸差异性分析不显著。结果说明施用腐熟农家肥和专用肥比木屑更能促进糖和蛋白的积累,但不利于花青素和酸的积累,能使蓝莓果口感甜度增加;短期内施肥对蓝莓果实综合指标影响统计学上无差异,表明有机肥的肥效对蓝莓果实影响非短期效应。

In order to study the effect of rotten farmyard manure, commercially available organic fertilizer and sawdust application on the fruit quality of blueberry, the test was carried on in open filed. The results showed that： （1） Anthocyanin accumulation：sawdust 〉 farmyard manure 〉 organic fertilizer; total sugar accumulation： organic fertilizer 〉 farmyard manure 〉 sawdust; reducing sugar accumulation： farmyard manure 〉 organic fertilizer 〉 sawdust; acid accumulation： sawdust 〉 farmyard manure 〉 organic fertilizer; protein accumulation： farmyard manure 〉 organic fertilizer〉 sawdust. （2） Comprehensive statistical analysis of fruit weight, fruit diameter, inclusions （protein, total sugar, reducing sugar, acid, anthocyanins）, 13 kinds of amino acids and total amino acid diversity analysis, three kinds of fertilizer affected the blueberry fruit difference was not significant. Applying farmyard manure and organic fertilizer than sawdust can promote the accumulation of sugar and protein, but not conducive to the accumulation of anthocyanin and acid, that can increase sweetness of the blueberry fruit taste; Short term fertilization effecting on blueberry fruit composite shows no difference statistically, it means that influence of organic fertilizer applying on blueberry fruit is not a short--term effect.
