输卵管积液在超排卵中首次出现的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 输卵管是女性生殖系统的重要组成部分,其结构复杂,合成、分泌营养物质,为配子转运、成熟、受精和早期胚胎发育提供必不可少的微环境,任何影响输卵管结构和功能的因素均可导致不孕。输卵管积液是指各种原因造成输卵管远端阻塞最终导致输卵管管壁扩张和液体积聚的病理过程[1-2]。
