两种人工泪液联合用药预防LASIK术后干眼的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评估思然联合潇莱威与单用思然比较预防LASIK术后干眼的疗效。方法:480眼随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用思然和潇莱威,对照组用思然。比较两组SPEED评分,干眼症状及干眼之间的差异,t检验、χ2检验用于统计分析。结果:对照组和治疗组在术后第3天二者间无明显差异,治疗组1周后干眼减少,在1周、1个月、3个月SPEED评分分别为6.59±3.28比5.50±2.83(P=0.048)、3.92±1.77比3.05±1.62(P=0.036)、2.13±1.54比1.65±0.98(P=0.046);干眼诊断的比例分别为15.0%比14.2%(P=0.796)、13.3%比7.5%(P=0.039)、10.4%%比5.4%(P=0.042)、6.3%比2.5%(P=0.045)。结论 :思然和潇莱威联合应用与单用思然比较预防减少与LASIK手术相关的不适干眼症状可能更有效。 Objective To evaluate the effects of Polyethylene Glycol in combination with Celluvisc eye drops on relieving the symptoms of dry eye after laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) surgery comparing to Polyethylene Glycol. Methods 480 eyes were randomized to the treatment group received Polyethylene Glycol in combination with Celluvisc and the control group treated with Polyethylene Glycol following LASIK operation. Dry eye symptoms, SPEED scores and diagnosed dry eye were observed on postoperative day 3,1 week, 1 month, 3 months. Chi-square and t test were performed for statistical analysis. Results In the control group and treatment group , no significant differences were observed on postoperative day 3;After 1 week, dry eye symptoms was less in the treatment group than that in control group, SPEED scores at postoperative 1 week, 1 month, 3 month were (6.59± 3.28, 5.50± 2.83,P=0.048 ),(3.92 ± 1.77,3.05± 1.62,P= 0.036 ),(2.13 ±1.54, 1.65 ± 0.98,P = 0.046 ),respectively. At postoperative day 3, 1 week, 1 month, 3 month dry eye occurred in (15.0 %,14.2%, P=0.796), (13.3%,7.5%,P= 0.039), (10.4%%,5.4%, P= 0.042),(6.3%,2.5%, P= 0.045) patients, respectively. Conclusion olyethylene Glycol in combination with Celluvisc may be more effective to relieve the discomfort symptoms of dry eye associated with operation after LASIK comparing with Polyethylene Glycol.
