摘要
全球太阳能技术发展正处于更新换代关键时期,如何系统加强R&D战略布局,推动前沿原创技术的识别与替代,促进先进制造与产业体系的匹配与完善,已成为我国太阳能产业创新战略的重要问题。以太阳能技术R&D战略的影响因素分析为基础,通过对美德日韩四国R&D战略布局与创新成效的比较研究,提出我国太阳能技术R&D战略若干建议。
The development of solar technology around the world is on the key stage of transition to the next generation of technology. To promote innovation strategies of solar industry in China, essential tasks should focus on the enhancement of strategy planning, the acceleration of identification and application for original and frontier technologies, and the upgrading of advanced manufacturing and industrial system. Based on the factor analysis, the paper comparatively studies the strategic planning and innovation performance of solar technology strategies in USA, Germany, Japan and South Korea. Constructive suggestions are proposed to optimize China solar technology R&D strategy.
