我国地方政府在“淘宝村”发展中的职能定位探析——以广东省军埔村为例

Analysis of the Role of Local Government in the Development in the “Taobao” Village——Taking Junpu Village in Guangdong Province as an Example

对广东省揭阳市锡场镇军埔村进行实地调研,以访谈法为主要研究方法进行相关资料的收集,明晰了揭阳市政府在军埔电商村发展过程中政府职能作用的领域,进而对我国地方政府在"淘宝村"中扮演的"引导者"、"牵线人"、"社会服务的提供者"3种不同角色观点进行介绍和评判,以此为主线对"淘宝村"这一农村发展表现新形式中地方政府的职能定位问题展开论析。

The author made an on - the - spot investigation to Junpu village, the town of tin field, of JieYang city in Guangdong province, collected relevant data by using the interview method in order to make clear the role that the govern- ment played in the Junpu electricity business functions. And then the paper introduced and judged the three different roles of ＂ guiding＂ , ＂ connecting people＂, ＂ social service provider＂ which our local government played in the village of ＂ Taobao＂ . Taking the above study as the main line, the paper analyzes the function orientation of local government in the new rural development forms - ＂ taobao village＂ .
