摘要
打铁港、达道河(含三捷河)和瀛洲河位于福州市台江区,由于三条河流位于老城区,周边污水直排内河,三条河水质状况较差,尤其是打铁港和达道河。为改善三条河流的水质状况,拟采用截污、补水等工程措施,使其水质达到不黑不臭标准。从补水水源、补水规模等方面进行方案比选,最终得出在琼东河入晋安河河口的西北角建设补水泵站,近期河道两岸截污率达到50%、补水量为8 m3/s时,打铁港、达道河可以消除黑臭。远期彻底截污后,同时保证补水量为8m3/s,水质能达到V类地表水的标准。
Datie Gang, Dadao River( including Sanjie River)and Yingzhou River are located in Fuzhou Taijiang District. As a result of being located in old city area, the sewage was discharged directly into the three rivers, which leaded to poor water quality in these three rivers, especially in Datie Gang and Dadao River. In order to improve the water quality and reach the standards of no black-odor rivers, engineering measures like sewage interception and water replenishment were carried out. The water re- plenishment schemes were compared, and the results showed that the water replenishment pumping sta- tion should be located at the northwest intersection of Qiongdong River and Jinan River. Under the condi- tion of the water replenishment rate of 8 m^3/s, the Datie Gang and Dadao River would have no black-odor phenomenon at 50% sewage interception rate, and the water quality would meet the limits of class V specified in the surface water quality standards after the complete sewage interception in future.
