摘要
分析了我国发展海水淡化技术的必要性和优势条件,介绍了国际上海水淡化技术与产业较先进国家的政府在政策、投入培育、技术研发、产业发展等方面的进展和经验,对照分析了我国海水淡化在政策、技术和产业等方面的发展现状,以及存在的问题和制约发展因素。针对我国海水淡化技术与产业健康、快速、可持续发展,提出了海水淡化技术与产业发展建议。
The necessity and advantages of seawater desalination development in China were ana- lyzed. The progresses and experiences in some respects including policy, investment and support, technology research, industry development and so on, for some countries which are advanced in seawater desalination technologies were introduced. Furthermore, the current status, problems and constraints for seawater desalination development in these respects in China were indicated by comparison. Some sugges- tions for seawater desalination technologies and industry development were presented in order to achieve their health, fast and sustainable development in China.
