摘要
S市为丘陵城镇,一直以优质水库水为水源,但现有水库水量保证率不足,干旱季节水厂要减产,加之供水量增长,优质水源不足问题一直困扰着S市供水部门。建设新水厂没有足够水量的新水库可用,选择河网水,居民又难以接受,为达到优水先用,确保水量和水质的目的,建立了一套山地或丘陵城镇小流域水库与河网联合供水的模式,对该模式的水源调度原则、处理工艺要求、处理流程配置、不同水源及水量运行模式、节能运行、供水安全保障等方面进行了系统的探索,形成了一套可行的操作方法,为山地或丘陵城镇如何充分利用小流域水库优质原水,弥补水库水量保证率不足,确保出水水质,提供了一条新途径。
S city is a hilly town in which the high-quality reservoir water has been water source, but the assurance rate of reservoir water volume is insufficient, which results in a decreased production of the waterworks in dry seasons. With the rapid increase of water demands in recent years, the lack of high-quality raw water has become a problem for the water supply authorities of the city. To build new waterworks, there is no enough raw water from reservoirs; but to get water from the fiver networks, it is difficult for the people to embrace the idea. To apply the principle of "quality first" and also to guarantee the quality and quantity of raw water at the same time, a joint water supply system which combines small- and-medium-sized reservoirs with fiver networks was specially designed for hilly areas. Within this joint supply system, a set of feasible operation methods were researched and implemented, which include the principles of raw water scheduling, the requirements of water treatment process, the configuration of water treatment process, the operational mode to satisfy the changes in quality and quantity of raw water, ener- gy-saving requirements, water supply security and so on. The system provides a new way for hilly towns to make full use of high-quality raw water in small watershed reservoirs, make up for the lack of reservoir raw water and ensure the quality of drinking water.
