摘要
深圳某金属表面废水处理工程设计采用分质分流处理方式,主体采用芬顿氧化+生化+人工湿地组合处理工艺。经半年的调试运行,出水达标排放。采用芬顿氧化处理高浓度废水,COD去除率最高可达41.32%;芬顿氧化处理含磷废水,总磷去除率最高可达98.33%。综合废水处理系统对COD去除率最高可达98.92%,总磷最高可达94.44%,SS最高可达93.62%。
The separate treatment and the combined process of Fenton oxidation, biochemical treatment and constructed wetland were designed to treat the wastewater from a metal surface finishing project in Shenzhen. After the commissioning operation for about half a year, the effluent quality could meet the discharge standards. The maximum removal rate of COD from the high concentration wastewater by the Fenton oxidation was 41.32% , and the maximum removal rate of TP from the phosphorus-contai- ning wastewater by the Fenton oxidation was 98.33%. The total maximum removal rates of COD, TP and SS by the combined process were 98.92% , 94.44% and 93.62% , respectively.
