在海边等地下水发育丰富的地区,污水提升泵房地下构筑物的沉井封底比较困难,以烟台市区河污水提升泵房二期工程地下构筑物封底为例,介绍了污水提升泵房沉井封底过程中,由于受地质条件的影响,施工降水达不到无水封底的要求,而采用的一种新的封底施工方法——盲板封底法。详细介绍了盲板封底的施工流程及盲板、渗水管的加工制作过程,为类似工程施工提供参考。

It is difficult for open caisson bottom sealing during the construction of underground structure of wastewater lifting pumping station located at the seaside where underground water source is rich. A new method applied in open caisson bottom sealing when the construction dewatering could not reach the requirement of no water sealing due to the influence of geological conditions was introduced. The process for blind plate bottom sealing as well as presented to provide the reference for the construction blind plate and leakage pipe manufacturing were of similar projects
