摘要
【目的】在科技期刊国际化大环境下借鉴国际优秀期刊办刊经验,促进我国核科学技术期刊的国际化发展。【方法】使用2014《期刊引证报告》(JCR)和Web of Science,研究33种SCI核科学技术期刊的出版平台、出版周期和出版语言。分析了期刊影响因子(IF)、5年影响因子、即年指数、总自引率和统计年自引率、特征因子、论文影响力等指标。【结果】核科学技术期刊IF值、特征因子和论文影响力低。出版平台、出版文种、出版周期等期刊国际化显示度影响核科学技术期刊IF值,期刊定位、文献类型、稿源质量和自引率等也影响IF值。多文种期刊混刊论文有助提高其国际化显示度。【结论】中国核科学技术期刊需要融入世界知名出版平台,组约国际化研究论文和综述论文,出版国际化专刊,落实国际化办刊措施,杜绝人为操控影响因子等。
[Purpose] In the internationalization environment,the journals of nuclear science and technology in China should be developed by using the successful experience of the intemational journals.[Methodology] Their publishing platforms,periods and languages for these journals of nuclear science and technology were studied by using Journal Citation Reports (JCR) and Web of Science in 2013.Their impact factor (IF),5-year impact factor,immediacy index,total self cites,self cites to years used in impact factor calculation,eigenfactor score and article influence score were analyzed.[Findings] For 33 kinds of journals,their impact factors,eigenfactor score,and article influence score are low.The effects of publication platforms,publication types and publication periods on impact factors are discussed,so do the periodical orientation,document type,paper quality,and self-citing rate.[Conclusions] Journals of nuclear science and technology in China need to urgently integrate into the famous publishing platform,publish international articles and reviews,as well as special issues by virtue of the popular experiences to eliminate the influence of human factors on impact factors.
