摘要
研究指数型多模干涉(MMI)耦合器的一般成像特性,提出一种新的基于指数型MMI一般成像特性的器件设计方法,设计了1310nm/1550nm复用/解复用器,并利用FD-BPM仿真分析进行验证。
The general self-imaging properties of an exponential MMI is studied in the present paper, and a designing method based on the general self-imaging is proposed to develop a 1310nm/1550nm MUX/DMUX with novel structure. The FD-BPM simulations are done for verifying the theoretical analysis.
