基于石墨烯波导激光器的Q开关操作设计

摘要 利用Y2O3作为波导,在输出耦合镜涂上由大气压化学汽相淀积而成的单层石墨烯,从而提出了一种新型基于脉冲激光沉积的石墨烯波导激光器,使用该激光器实现了连续波Q开关操作,仿真实验得到了较大的输出功率,脉冲持续时间较短。 The paper uses the Y203 as the waveguide, the output coupling mirror coating composed of atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition of monolayer graphene, so as to put forward a new kind of graphene waveguide lasers based on pulse laser deposition, using the laser to achieve the continuous wave Q switching operation, the simulation results obtained the larger output power, short pulse duration.
