国内生态移民研究述评(1990-2014)

A Review of Research on Domestic Ecological Migration Chinese Ecosystem Emigrant(1990- 2014)

从上世纪九十年代起,我国西部地区开始将生态移民作为生态环境建设和扶贫开发的重要举措,逐步实施并广泛推行,在理论界引起了极大的关注。至今,有必要对生态移民多年的理论研究成果加以总结和梳理。从生态移民的概念界定、分类及安置模式、移民的适应性、生态移民工程存在的问题及可持续发展、生态移民的效果评估等五个方面着眼,对学术界的相关研究成果进行了细致爬梳,指出其存在的问题,以期为该研究领域的进一步深入理清思路。

The ecological migration in the west area of our country as an important measure to push ahead environmental construc- tion and poverty alleviation and development has been carried out widely since the 90s of the last century and caused a great inter- est among the academic world. Therefore, there is a necessity to make a summary to the research fruits about ecological migration from the perspective of five aspects which involves definition of ecological migration, classification and resettlement model, adapt- ability, problems, sustainable development and effect assessment. On the basis of these discussions, this paper points out some existing problems for a further study in this area.
