高校国家奖助学金育人功能探析

Analysis of University National Scholarships' Educating Function

高校国家奖助学金肩负着资助和育人两大功能。新形势下,国家奖助学金资助比例和资助金额逐步提高,普及面越来越广,更多贫困大学生受到资助,促进了教育公平。然而,随着国家奖助学金制度的实施,越来越多的大学生加入到"竞贫"行列,一步步消解着国家奖助学金的育人功能。本文从建构"济困、扶志、强能、律己"四维立体的助人自助模式,探析国家奖助学金的育人功能。

Funding and education are two functions supported by the national scholarships. Under the new situation, both propor- tion and amount of the funding are gradually improved, popularization rate covers more widely, more and more poor college students are funded, and the education fair is highly promoted. However, with the implementation of the national prize stipend system, more and more college students join to ＂being poor＂ , education function of the national scholarships is in digestion. This article aims to explore how the educating function of national scholarship can reach its fulfillment through the four dimensional win - win pattern, that is, a process from economic help, ambition cultivating, ability forged to the self - disciplined.
