新型磺酸型扩链剂及其聚氨酯脲水乳液的制备及表征 被引量:1

摘要 用三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚(TMPME)与亚硫酸氢钠进行自由基加成反应,合成出一种新型的磺酸型扩链剂三羟甲基丙烷单亚丙基醚磺酸钠(TMPMS),并将乙烯脲(EU)引入分子链中合成了磺酸型聚氨酯脲水乳液。结果表明,用TMPME、EU合成的磺酸型聚氨酯脲水乳液稳定性良好,临界固体质量分数可达到58.7%。其乳液成膜物的耐热性和力学性能都高于羧酸型扩链剂制得的水性聚氨酯脲。 A novel sulfonated polyurethane chain extender sodium trimethylol propane mono-propylene ether sulfonate (TMPMS) was prepared by the reaction of trimethylolpropane mono allyl ether (TMPME) and NaHSO3. The sulfonated polyurethane urea emulsion was prepared by adding ethylene urea (EU). The results showed that the emulsion stability was excellently, the critical solid content of emulsion by TMPMS and EU could reach 58.7%, which was higher than by carboxylic acid chain extender. The thermal resistance and mechanical properties of this film were higher than carboxylic acid polyurethane urea.
