摘要
对于含水围岩条件下的义安矿工作面而言,底抽巷与煤层底板过近,不但巷道变形破坏严重而无法继续为相邻工作面服务,且底抽巷内的穿层钻孔因周围围岩破碎而难以封孔,造成抽放消突效果差;而距煤层底板过远,不但增加了穿层钻孔工程量和抽放材料消耗,而且还容易造成突水事故。结合义安矿12150工作面的实际赋存情况,采用FLAC3D软件对几种布置条件下底抽巷受力情况进行了模拟,并根据模拟试验和分析结果,探讨了底抽巷的合理布置层位。
For Yi’an working face containing with water,if the floor drainage roadway is near the coal seam floor,it will deform severely and can not continue service to the adjacent working face,at the same time,the through beds hole is difficult to seal due to the broken surrounding rock,which results in the bad drainage effect. However,if the floor drainage roadway is far away from the coal seam floor,it will not only increase the quantities and drainage material consumption of through beds hole,but also cause the water inrush accidents. Combined with the actual occurrence of Yi’an Mine 12150 working face,the stress of the floor drainage roadway in several layout conditions by FLAC3 Dsoftware is simulated. Based on the simulation test and analysis result,the reasonable arrangement of the floor drainage roadway is discussed.
