摘要
为了解决大倾角厚煤层综放工作面支架失稳的问题,针对担水沟煤矿9101工作面生产技术条件,通过理论分析建立了工作面支架与顶底板作用的力学模型,分析了各影响因素与支架安全系数之间的关系:工作阻力和煤层倾角的影响最为显著,且工作面中上部更易发生失稳现象。据此提出了采用工作面伪俯斜布置、提高支架工作阻力等措施有效控制了支架的稳定,保证了工作面的安全正常生产。
In order to solve the problem of support instability at fully mechanized caving face in steep thick coal seam,the mechanical model of mutual influence among support,roof and floor is established. By analyzing the relation between every influential factor and support safety factor,the impact of working resistance and coal bed pitch is the most significant and the upper section of the face seems to be more unstable. Based on theoretical analysis,measures like pseudo-inclined caving,increasing support resistance are adopted,which acquires a favorable effect,guarantees the extraction safety of the face.
