摘要
为了矿山救护大中队指挥员的培训更具针对性和系统性,借鉴"面向威胁、基于能力"的军事作战需求分析方法,循着"目标-任务-能力"的逻辑思路对矿山救护大中队指挥员进行能力需求分析。通过问卷对所分析出的能力进行重要度调查,根据调查结果提出增加相应的培训内容,为矿山大中队救援指挥员培训内容的进一步修改和完善提供一定的参考。
In order to make training for lochus commanders of mine rescue more targeted and systematic,referencing the military operational requirements analysis method of ＂ facing the threat,based on ability＂,we follow the logic thinking of ＂ target-mission-ability＂ to analyze capacity requirements of lochus commander of mine rescue. Through the questionnaire to survey the results of capacity analysis,and then according to the results of the investigation,we increase training content,which provides reference for further modifying and improving the lochus commander training content of mine rescue.
