高校就业创业人才培养探究

On University Graduates' Employment and the Cultivation of Entrepreneurial Talents

面对高校人才质量滑坡与毕业生就业创业难等问题,从理论视角引入可雇佣性等相关概念和内容,分析高校可雇佣性就业创业人才培养方案的形成过程。在此基础上,从实践层面通过凝练专业实践能力、制定新的人才培养方案等方法,探究我国高校基于可雇佣性目标的就业创业人才培养的实施新路径。

In viewof the declining education quality and the difficulties of college graduates＂ employment and self-employment, this paper introduces the employability and its relevant concepts in order to analyze the forming process of employability and entrepreneurship talent training scheme in Colleges and Universities from theoretical perspectives. On this basis, it explores for paths of employment and entrepreneurial talents training in the light of employability among students in colleges and universities.
