大学生创业扶持体系的运行与优化研究——基于广东省的调研分析

Exploration on Operation and Optimization of University Students' Entrepreneurship Supportive System——Take Guangdong Province as the Research Object

在经济结构调整与经济下行压力加大的背景下,就业问题受到了社会各界前所未有的关注。当前形势下,大学生自主创业已成为一个积极的就业驱动因素。本研究基于广东省现行的就业扶持体系,通过对往届创业者、在校大学生进行调研,研究现行创业扶持体系的实施情况,分析存在的问题,提出改进建议,探索构建科学、完善的广东省大学生创业扶持体系。

With the adjustment of economic structure and the greater pressure from the flagging economy, employment has received unprecedented attention from people from all walks of life. At present, university students~ self-employment has become a positive factor that stimulates the employment. Based on the current entrepreneurship supportive system in Guangdong and according to the survey into former entrepreneurs and undergraduates, this paper studies the implementation and the problems of current entrepreneurship supportive system. Moreover, suggestions for its improvement are put forward in order to construct more scientific and perfect entreprenenrship supportive system for Guangdong university students.
