一台小型工业锅炉结垢的原因分析与解决对策

水垢是一种热的不良导体,严重影响锅炉运行的安全性与经济性。本文根据某企业一台小型工业锅炉结垢的情况,分析了水垢样品成份及其生成原因,并有针对性地提出解决对策。为该台锅炉提供了良好的水处理方式及防垢、防腐措施,对工业锅炉的安全运行、节能降耗具有一定的意义。

Incrustation is a poor conductor of heat, which could seriously affect boiler operation safety and economy. In this paper, according to a small industrial boiler scaling of one company, the scale sample composition and its generating reason was analyzed, and the countermeasures were put forward. Some good water treatments were taken to protect the boiler from scaling, corrosion with certain significances for the industrial boilers safe operation and energy saving.
