摘要
[目的/意义]探究新生入馆同伴教育模式的内涵及运行机制。[方法/过程]梳理研究现状,针对"90后"大学新生心理发展特点、图书馆认识状况及学习需求,架构一种在新生班级中选拔培训导读志愿者担任同伴教育者的新生入馆教育新模式。[结果/结论]详细阐述新模式的总体框架、具体内容以及实施情况,并就未来发展提出思考。
[ Purpose/significance ] This paper tries to explore the connotation and operational mechanism of the model of university library admission education for freshman based on peer education. [ Method/process ] After reviewing the previous studies and analyzing the feature and need of post 90s, the paper presents a new model of university library admission education for freshman based on peer education, in which the freshmen act as peer educator. [ Result/conclusion ] The paper describes the overall architecture and the trial case, raises more issues which should be discussed in thefuture.
