美国对华反倾销的影响因素研究——基于负二项模型的方法

Influencing Factors of American Anti–dumping against China: An Analysis Based on Negative Binomial Regression Model

本文采用了1990-2013年间美国对世界各国反倾销调查的数据,运用面板负二项模型对各项影响美国对世界各国反倾销调查的宏观影响因素及其作用机理进行分析和实证研究。结果表明,在面板数据模型中,美国失业率、进口比重、贸易国吸收外商投资额、贸易国对美国的反倾销调查以及贸易国的市场经济地位因素对美国实施反倾销调查有不同的影响。本文根据多国面板模型和对华时间序列模型的回归结果,得出应对美国反倾销行为的一般性改进和针对我国具体情况的对策和建议。

Based on the data of American anti- dumping investigations against other countries from 1990 to 2013, this paper analyzes and studies the in- fluential factors of macro - economy and its influencing mechanism on American anti- dumping investigation against other countries through Panel Negative Bino- mial Model. The result shows that such factors as American unemployment rate, proportion of imports, foreign investments to trading countries, anti- dumping in- vestigations of the trading countries against America and the market economy sta- tus of the trading countries have different influences on American anti - dumping investigations. According to the Panel Model of different countries and the regres- sion results from the Time- series Model, this paper proposes some suggestions for improving the countermeasures against American anti- dumping investigations.
