An Introduction of the Seventh Annual Meeting of International Regulatory Cooperation for Herbal Medicines(IRCH), WHO

目的:为植物药的监督和管理提供参考。方法:介绍世界卫生组织国际植物药监管合作组织于2014年12月在葡萄牙里斯本市举行的第七届年会的主要内容。结果与结论:通过参加此次会议,展示了我国在植物药监管和质量控制方面取得的成绩,了解了世界范围内植物药应用和监管的信息,增进了与IRCH成员国之间的沟通。中国作为植物药生产和使用大国,应积极参与并引领国际交流与合作。

Objective： To offer references for supervision and management of herbal medicines. Methods： Introduce main contents of the 7th Annual Meeting of International Regulatory Cooperation for Herbal Medicines （IRCH）, World Health Organization （WHO）, Lisbon, Portugal, December, 2014. Results and Conclusion： By participating in this meeting, we showed China＇s achievements on regulation and quality control of herbal medicines, inquired information about application and supervision of herbal medicines worldwide and enhanced communication with IRCH members. As a country producing and consuming largest amount of herbal medicines, China should play an active and leading part in international exchange and cooperation.
