阻燃腈氯纶/棉混纺织物的前处理

Pretreatment of modacrylic fiber/cotton blended fabric

阻燃腈氯纶与棉混纺织物前处理,主要采取退煮一浴法和漂白工艺,然后再进行增白。增白工艺先用活性增白剂VBL对棉增白,再用阳离子增白剂CH对阻燃腈氯纶增白,加工中注意控制温度和p H值,避免织物泛黄。实践结果表明,经过前处理的阻燃腈氯纶/棉混纺织物白度均匀、质量稳定,符合用户需求。

The pretreatment of the flame retardant modacrylic fiber and cotton blended fabric is carried out, such as one-bath desizing/scouring and bleaching, and then whitening process with active whitening agent VBL for cotton prior to cationic whitening agent CH for modacrylic fiber.The temperature and pH value should be carefully controlled in processing. Practical results show that the treated fabric has uniform whiteness and stable quality in accordance with user requirements.
