针对牛仔布经纱还原染料中高温染色存在色光不稳定、风格单一的难题,开发了新型低温还原蓝RBT打底染色、靛蓝套染工艺。介绍了工艺流程、处方和工艺控制事项。结果表明,该工艺可获得双色效果,且保险粉用量少,操作简便,重现性佳。

According to the problems in denim dyeing with vat dyes at high temperature, such as unstable shade and unitary style, a new process of grounding dyeing with Vat Blue RBT and top dyeing with indigo blue is carried out. Process, recipe and parameter control are introduced. The results indicate that, the new process can obtain two-color effect, low consumption of sodium hydrosulfite, simple operation and good reproducibility.
