广州服务业的结构和竞争力分析——基于偏离—份额法

Guangzhou service industry's structure and competitiveness analysis--based on deviation share method

广州作为国家和中心城市,发展服务业实乃大势所趋,而提高服务业竞争力迫在眉睫。为了对广州服务业发展的结构和竞争力进行深入分析,本文采用偏离一份额分析法,对其结构和竞争力进行有效分析。本文认为,广州服务业的结构和竞争力优势不明显,传统服务业的发展仍占主要部分,但发展速度缓慢,其中,交通运输、仓储及邮电业竞争力薄弱,而以金融业、房地产业、科技为主的现代服务业发展迅速,但因规模过小,对区域经济的推动的作用有限。

Guangzhou,as the center city of the coun- try,the development of service industry represents the general trend.ln order to the deeply analysis of the development of Guangzhou service industry in structure and competitiveness,this paperuses Shift-Sharemethod. This paper concludes that the structure and competi- tiveness of Guangzhou service industry is not obvious, the development of traditional service industry isStil I occupied the main part but with slow pace of develop- ment.The competitiveness of Transportation,storage an d postal industry is weak.Modern service industry such as financial industry,real estate,technology oriented have developed rapidly,but because of the scale is too small,the promoting effect to regional economic is limited.
