西方学者对于组织变革一直有关注与研究,本文从80年代、90年代到21世纪初期,分三个阶段总结了各时代不同西方学者对于组织变革的研究贡献,并发现自21世纪初期以后,西方关于组织变革的研究渐少的情况。

Western scholars have been concerned with the research for organizational change, this article from the 1980s, 1990s to the early 2000s, summed up in three phases each era of Western scholars of different contribution to organizational change, and found since the early 2000s, the West research on organizational change gradually less situation.
