档案规范控制理论与国际应用案例研究

Study on the Archival Authority Control Theory and Its International Use Cases

档案规范控制是档案知识管理的重要内容,关系到档案资源体系与利用体系等的建设。本文分别从档案专业视角与概念逻辑视角解析了档案规范控制的概念,并分析了档案规范记录嵌入集成式与专门独立式检索系统典型应用案例,最终为我国档案规范控制的标准化及其标准体系构建提出了多项建议,如:构建我国档案规范记录概念模型;制定我国档案规范记录需求规范;制定我国档案规范记录著录规则;制定我国档案规范记录编码标准,加强规范记录的共享,并推进档案规范记录的本体应用等。

Archival authority control is the important content of archival knowledge management and it relates to the constructing of archival resources system and using system, etc. This paper analyzes archival authority control＇ s concept from both views of archival science and conceptual logic. This paper also analyzes the two kinds of international archival retrieval systems. One kind of systems have archival description records with authority records. And the other kind of systems have only specific authority records. Most importantly, the paper brings suggestions about Chinese archival authority control＇ s standardization and construction of standards system. These suggestions include： Constructing Chinese archival authority records＇ conceptual model; Developing Chinese archival authority records＇ requirements specification; Developing Chinese archival authority records＇ description rules; Developing Chinese archival authority records＇ encoding format, strengthening their sharing, and improving archival authority records＇ ontological application, and so forth.
