摘要
通过LaZnSbO在La3+的位置用A=Ca2+,Sr2+,Ba2+进行变价替换引入P型载流子,使用Mn2+替换Zn2+引入自旋,可使ZrCuSiAs结构单相(La,A)(Zn,Mn)SbO(A=Ca,Sr,Ba)同时兼具半导体和铁磁性能,居里温度可达到40K。居里温度以下呈现类似玻璃磁性的磁性特征,(La0.95Ca0.05)(Zn0.9Mn0.1)SbO的翻转时间(τ*)和动态临界指数(zγ)分别为:τ*=2.64×10-7s,zγ=1.91。
This thesis shows the process in which charge is induced by substitution of A=Ca^2+, Sr^2+, Ba^2+for La^3+, while spin is induced by partial substitution of Mn^2+for Zn2+within the parent compound LaZnSbO. The re-sults indicate that the single phase ZrCuSiAs-type tetragonal crystal structure is preserved in (La,A)(Zn,Mn)SbO (A=Ca,Sr,Ba). The system remains semiconducting, doping with A and Mn results in ferromagnetic order with Tc 40 K. A spin-glass like state is found in (La0.95Ca0.05)(Zn0.9Mn0.1)SbO below Cure temperature which flipping time and dynamical critical are 2.64×10^-7s and 1.91 respectively.
