中西部创新型城市建设研究:以河南为例

Study on the Construction of the Innovative Cities in Central and Western Areas of China:A Case Study of Henan Province

建设创新型城市是实现创新型国家的基本单元,中西部地区创新型城市的建设情况直接影响到创新型国家目标的实现。河南是中西部地区重要省份,拥有郑州、洛阳两个国家级创新型试点城市,河南创新型城市建设对我国中西部其他地区具有示范作用。本文重点分析河南创新型城市建设成效与存在问题,并从科学制定发展思路和目标、前期突出政府导向、完善科技创新体系、打造产学研战略联盟、完善科学交流平台、营造城市创新文化等6个方面提出政策建议。

The Construction of innovative cities is the base of Innovative Country, which will be directly affected by the situation of the building of innovative cities in the central and western areas of China. Henan Province, which has two National Trail and Demonstration Innovative Cities, Zhengzhou and Luoyang, is one of the important provinces in the central and western areas of China. Thereafter, the construction of innovative cities in Henan Province play an important demonstration role for the other areas of central and western China. The article focuses on the effects and the problems of the construction of innovative cities in Henan Province, then makes some suggestions for promotion, providing a good case for the construction of innovative city in the central and western areas of China.
