Paths to Function Implementation of China's University Science Park in the New Normal

适应经济发展新常态,革新体制机制,激发众创空间活力,打造区域经济发展新引擎,已成为我国大学科技园的重要使命。采用历史的、中外比较的、系统分析的方法,阐述了制约大学科技园功能实现的重要因素和问题,提出了解决问题的基本路径和方法,为我国大学科技园建设提供一定借鉴。

Adapt to the new normal economic development, innovate the system and mechanism, stimulate the vitality and space of the public entrepreneurship, build a new engine of regional economic development, have become an important mission of university science park in China. Through the methods of the history, Chinese and foreign comparison, system analysis, this paper expounds the important influence factors restricting func- tion implementation and problems of the university science park, and puts forward the basic paths and solutions to the problems. It is hoped to provide reference materials for our university science park construction.
