导师对研究生科研诚信养成作用的实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 在理论分析的基础上构建一个包含高校学术管理制度、导师和研究生学术行为的结构方程模型,以某高校2013级应届毕业硕士研究生调查问卷为研究数据,运用Amos20.0统计软件对提出的假设模型进行了统计检验。检验结果显示,导师不但对研究生的学术行为具有直接的影响,而且在高校学术管理制度和研究生学术行为之间也起着部分中介作用,并且导师对研究生的学术行为的影响略大于高校学术管理制度。因此,在科研活动中,导师可以通过加强对研究生科研能力的训练、严格规范研究生科研学术行为、帮助研究生树立正确的科研诚信道德观以及培养其全力执行高校学术管理制度的习惯等途径来降低其他不利因素对研究生科研诚信养成的影响。 Based on the analysis of the basic theories, this paper proposes a structural equation model which consists of the university academic management system, and academic behavior of supervisor and post- graduates. Moreover, it empirically tests the hypothesis through data about 2013 postgraduates' questionnaires of a university in Henan province. The empirical results show that the supervisor not only have direct influence function on the academic behavior of postgraduates but also acts as intermediary between the university academ- ic management system and the academic behavior of postgraduates, and the tutors have more significant influ- ences on the impact of the academic behavior of postgraduates than the academic management system of univer- sity. The empirical results show that in scientific activities, the supervisor can reduce the effects of other ad- verse factors on postgraduates' scientific integrity through various ways such as strengthening postgraduates' scientific research ability training, strictly regulating their academic behavior, cultivating them to establish the correct morality of scientific integrity, and fully implementing the university academic management system. Fi- nally, based on the result, the dissertation suggests some effective advice to improve postgraduates' scientific integrity.
