完善高校学分制改革的对策研究

Discussion of Perfecting the Credit System in Colleges and Universities

学分制作为一种教学管理制度,已被各高校普遍采用。但在实施过程中存在着学年制观念根深蒂固、高校办学自主权较小、教学资源难以满足要求、选课体系不够完善、学生个人因素、教育结构与经济结构不协调等问题。应采取转变教育观念、落实和扩大学校办学自主权、高校"联姻",学生跨校修读课程、学生自主选择导师和课程、校企合作等措施完善学分制改革。

As a kind of teaching management system , academic credit system has been widely used in various colleges and uni-versities.But there are many problems in implementing them , such as deep-rooted academic year system concept , smaller autono-mou rights in running school and the students factors .Some measures like changing education idea , implementing and expanding the school running autonomy , permitting students to take up the course across the school , and to choose their teachers and courses , co-operation between school and enterprise should be taken into consideration to perfect the credit system .
