MIG焊和FSW焊对铝合金焊缝组织的影响

摘要 对异种铝合金进行搅拌摩擦焊和熔化极气体保护焊进行对比试验,利用光学显微镜以及扫描电子显微镜对焊接试样的微观组织进行观察,研究搅拌摩擦焊与熔化极气体保护焊组织变化的微观机理。 The contrast test was finished between Friction Stir Welding and Metal -Inert Gas Welding of the heterogeneous alu-minum alloy.Through observing the microstructure of welded specimen by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope , mi-croscopic mechanism of organizational change of MIG welding and FSW welding was studied .
