网络言论自由权做为表达自由权的分支,被各国认定为一项宪法权利。自由的界域往往止于隐私的边界。真正的网络言论自由亦常常伴随着实名与匿名的争议。作为互联网发展的新兴大国,我国的网络言论规制面临着前所未有的巨大考验。国际社会的先进理论自然提供了宝贵的参考,但是只有结合中国政治环境研究中国网络文化,才可能走出一条具有中国特色的互联网发展之路。

Network speech as a branch of the expression freedom , was identified as a constitutional right .The boundaries often stop at the border of privacy .Freedom of speech is often accompanied by real name and real network anonymous controversy .As e-merging power of the Internet , China ’ s network expression regulation is facing unprecedented huge challenge .Although the ad-vanced theory naturally provided us a valuable reference , we have to combine them with China＆#39;s political environment , it is impossi-ble for us to find a road with Chinese characteristic in the Internet .
