翻转课堂颠覆了传统的"先教后学"的教学模式,将知识的传授通过微视频形式安排在课前,而课堂时间则用来答疑解惑、讨论互动和个性化指导,无论是教学流程、教学资源还是师生角色都是对传统教学的"翻转"。构建协作探究型大学英语翻转课堂教学模式,为学生提供了自主学习环境,有利于培养学生自主学习和协作探究的能力,从而促进大学英语教学质量的提升。
