摘要
随着全球经济一体化的不断深入,社会对跨学科外语复合型人才的需求日益凸显。高校人才培养不应仅局限于某一学科或者某个领域,而是要屏弃学科门户之见,在原有学科框架下,培养跨学科复合型人才。目前,单一学科内容教育模式已很难适应多元化的人才市场需求,随着高等教育的不断发展以及社会对外语人才的需求不断增长,培养跨学科外语复合型人才已成为未来发展方向。基于人才培养需求下,培养跨学科外语复合型人才,对于经济全球化、人才国际化发展具有重要意义。
With the deepening global economic integration, the social demand for interdisciplinary talents has become increasingly prominent. University personnel training should not be limited to a particular subject or a particular field, but abandon sectarianism, then cultivate interdisciplinary talents in the original framework of the discipline. At present, education model of a single discipline has been difficult to adapt to a wide range of talent market demand. With the continuous development of higher education and the social increasing demand for foreign language professionals, interdisciplinary talents have become the future development direction. Based on the needs of personnel training, the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents plays an important role in the economic globalization, and the development of international talents.
