摘要
民办高校思想政治理论课教师缺乏安全感、认同感与自我效能感,因而出现日益显现的存在感危机,严重影响其职业的荣誉感与工作的积极性,影响思想政治理论课教学的实效。提升民办高校思想政治理论课教师存在感,需要国家、高校及教师共同努力,帮助其迅速地进入职业发展的正确轨道、提升教学能力,最终为宣传中国特色社会主义理论,凝聚年轻一代做出更大贡献。
Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course in private colleges lack security, identity and self-efficacy, and thus the crisis of a sense of existence, which seriously affects their professional pride and enthusiasm to work, and the effectiveness of the teaching of ideological and political theory. In order to enhance teachers' sense of existence, the nation, colleges and teachers should work together to help teachers quickly enter the correct orbit of career development, to enhance teaching ability, ultimately to promote the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to make more major contribution.
